Director Appointment: What Changes in a UK Ltd
The director represents and manages the company. When buying a ready-made UK Ltd, the new director can be appointed at the same time as the share transfer so that you receive the company with current management already in place.
Details of the new director are filed with Companies House, and the corporate package is supplemented with the relevant resolution. The company number, incorporation date and company history do not change.
After the appointment, a fresh extract or certified Companies House certificate can be ordered and the updated documents can then be used for a contract, bank, notary or another recipient.
Shares, the new director, registered office and name can be changed in one order — after that you receive one current UK Ltd document package.
