Which UK Ltd Documents Are Usually Ordered with an Apostille
A bank, notary, foreign registry or participant in a major transaction may require not an ordinary Companies House PDF, but a certified British document. In that case, the required form is defined first — a Companies House certificate, certified copy, notarised copy or another document — and the Apostille is then arranged.
For a ready-made or vintage UK Ltd, a certificate with the company number, incorporation date and Good Standing is often ordered. For powers to be used abroad, a power of attorney may be required; for a transaction, certified corporate resolutions or copies of the Articles may be required.
As a result, you receive the specific document in a form that can be given to the recipient in another country. If a translation is required, it can be ordered as a separate package.
Tell us the country and exactly who will receive the document. We will select the required certificate or certified copy and prepare it for Apostille.
