Cyprus Bank for UK Ltd and EUR Payments
An English company can use a company bank account in another European country if that matches its payments. Cyprus is convenient when contracts and invoices are in EUR and a significant part of the buyers or suppliers are in the EU.
For one business, payments can be divided: EUR and SEPA through a European bank, GBP through British account details, and USD or CHF through a separate account. This is particularly convenient for trade and services using several currencies.
For an account request, prepare the UK Ltd documents, activity description and information on countries and currencies. If the company is ready-made or vintage, a fresh Companies House certificate and Apostille can also be ordered.
If the company’s main currency is EUR, request a traditional Cyprus account and compare it with an EMI account.
